PLANNING AND SCHEDULING PROCESS
- We prepare a monthly calendar with all the elements that need to be resolved by the day of the event.
- We integrate essential moments (family dinner, civil ceremony, party, etc.) into the event schedule.
- We analyze, search, and propose offers from suppliers that fit the theme and allocated budget: Shot bar? Ice cream cart? Kids’ entertainers?
- Tasteful arrangements.
- Each supplier receives a client brief with the theme and specific details we want for the wedding.
- We update and control costs in real-time according to the budget.
- We search for solutions and suppliers for the smallest details just as the bride and groom envision: personalized engraved jewelry, custom jackets, message boards, stunning dresses, and day/evening shoes.
- We communicate constantly with the entire supplier team before the event and ensure they complete setups on time, as previously agreed, on the big day.
- To make it simpler and faster, we will keep in touch via email, Skype, and phone so you don’t have to attend supplier meetings unless absolutely necessary (dress fittings, accessories, venue, etc.).
